  • In addition, third-party providers (such as hotels, airlines, or transport partners) may charge their own cancellation fees, which will be deducted from your refund.

  • Once your cancellation request is approved, the eligible refund amount will be credited to your original mode of payment within 5–6 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the same account used for booking.
  • No cash or alternative refund methods will be provided.

  • If a customer fails to arrive or participate in a booked service (for example, missing a flight, hotel check-in, or scheduled tour), it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided in such cases.
